If choosing the basic reporting functions you can plan on about an hour depending on how many reports you are pulling. However, if choosing the custom route, the time may be up to 2 hours. Also, depending on how much data you are pulling, it may take several hours for the data to be available in Domo.
Ease of Use (on a 1-to-10 scale with 1 being easiest)
When starting out, consider deploying theGoogle Analytics Dashboard. The Base Metrics report has many of the fundamental metrics that are key to a Google Analytics Dashboard.
This pane contains fields for entering credentials to connect to your Google Analytics 4 Enterprise account. The following table describes what is needed for each field:

Client ID
Enter your Client ID.
Client Secret
Enter your Client Secret.
Quota Limit
Select the QPS limit for your Google Analytics project. By default, it is 20 QPS.
Once you have entered valid Google Analytics 4 Enterprise credentials, you can use the same account any time to create a new Google Analytics Advanced DataSet. You can manage connector accounts in the Accounts tab in the Data Center. For more information about this tab, see Managing User Accounts for Connectors.
This pane contains a number of sub-panes in which you can select a report, set a date range, choose your segments, and more.

Create a Dataset with data from multiple properties.
Make custom metrics and dimensions available to select (checkbox)
This checkbox is enabled when you choose the ’ Retrieve data for all GA4 properties’ option.
Select whether to include custom fields. This option requires the custom fields to be identical across all selected properties.
Report
Custom Report
You can combine up to 10 metrics and 9 dimensions to create a custom report. Select a base report to get you started, or start from the beginning.
Date Range
Select report dates and update mode.

Replace
When you select Replace , the selected dates will be used for every run. When you select Replace , the Date Selection drop-down list appears. You can either select a Single Date , Date Range or Time Period . Depending on the option you select, various parameters populate.
Append
When you select Append , the selected dates will be used only for the first run. Subsequent runs will only retrieve data added since the last successful run. When you select Replace , the Date Selection drop-down list appears. You can either select a Single Date , Date Range or Time Period . Depending on the option you select, various parameters populate.
Append Data
Select how to import your data. When you select the Date Range as Append Data , from the drop-down list, the Start Date for Historical Data field appears. Select the start date to retrieve the historical data for the first run. Note: Changing this date after the first run will affect the amount of data kept in your dataset.
Rolling Window
Select how to import your data. When you select the Data Range as Rolling Window from the drop-down list, the Last Days field appears. You can select the number of days you want to keep the datasets. For example, Last 30 Days.
Specific Date Range (not recommended)
Select how to import your data. When you select the Data Range as Specific Date Range (not recommended) from the drop-down list, the Start Date and End Date field appears.
Select the specific start and end dates.
Metrics Filter
Enable the USE FILTERS toggle button to enable the metrics filter.
Dimensions Filter
Enable the USE FILTERS toggle button to enable the dimensions filter.
Advanced Settings
Replace Schema
Select if you need to reset the schema. Warning: This can result in loss of data or change in data type if some fields are temporarily not returned by Google Analytics’s API. While this switch is selected the dataset will reset the schema for each run.
Reset Data
Select if you need to reset the data. Warning: This can result in loss of data especially if you have selected to append data. While this switch is selected the dataset will use the selected dates for each run.
